The owners use the property ‘Our Place in the Sun’ throughout the year so it is upscale with all the comforts of home. In an effort to keep the home in top shape for all of guests, a 4- day minimum stay in the off-season and a Sunday-to-Sunday, 7-day stay in the summer is required.
Front and rear balconies provide water views from 4 of the 5 bedrooms with ocean views available from the 2 king rooms and waterway views from the 2 queen rooms. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the table and 2 bars provide seating for up to 14 with additional table seating for 4 on the oceanfront porch. Flat screen TVs are in every bedroom. This property is perfect for families getting together for a reunion, holding easily up to 14 people. Bedroom 1 is on the 3rd floor and boasts a king bed, large bathroom with jetted tub and Marble shower, chair with pull-out twin, large oceanfront balcony with swing. Bedroom 2 is located on the 3rd floor with a queen bed, large bathroom, and beautiful waterway views. Bedroom 3 is located oceanfront on the 1st floor with a king bed, attached full bath and seating available on the oceanside porch. Bedroom 4 is on the 1st floor waterway side and has a queen bed. It shares a full bath with Bedroom 5 which has a twin over twin set of bunks and a twin trundle. The living floor (located on the middle floor) two full size sofas.
Guests can enjoy private beach access over the dune and a beautiful heated saltwater pool exclusive to the two units of the duplex. Pool area, large back yard, beach access with outside shower are available to guests in the two units of the duplex.
Exclusive to this unit are a private, outdoor hot & cold shower, a top of the line gas grill, a paddleboard, multiple boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beach cart, sand toys and pool floats.
During your stay you will receive a welcome bag from the owners with paper towels, napkins, laundry pods, drier sheets, dishwasher pods and other goodies to make your stay more enjoyable.
Wireless internet is available throughout the unit. Each bedroom and the main living room boast flat screen TVs with premium cable packages. There are multiple dvds available for both children and adults. There is also a CD player with an iphone port and multiple CDs.
