What's your cancelation policy?
100% refund 60 days before check-in
50% refund 30-60 days before check-in Less than 30 days notice, no refunds are issued
What's your payment policy?
25% due at time of reservation
50% due 90 days prior to check-in
25% plus $500 refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior to check-in
What is your age policy?
Found Nemo and Aw Shucks minimum age for primary renter — 21 All other properties minimum age — 25
What is check-in and check-out policy?
Check-In 4:00 pm
Check-out 10:00 am
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early Check-In/Late Check-out is considered on a case-by-case basis and will incur a
$100 fee if guaranteed
Do you provide linens?
Linen service is included as part of your cleaning fee unless you prefer to bring your own. The linen service includes bath towels, beach towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper and bed sheets for all beds. All beds are made except for pull-outs.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed.
Are pools open and heated year-round?
Units that have pools maintain them year-round. The pools are heated to 80F when the
outside temperature remains above 55F.
